Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or personal preference. Please review product descriptions and measurements carefully before ordering.

What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll help make it right. ♡
What if I receive the wrong item?
If we accidentally send you the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll take care of it!
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking hasn't updated or you believe your package has been lost, contact us so we can help you figure out the next steps.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check around your property and with household members or neighbors first. You may also need to contact the shipping carrier for additional information.

How do I take care of my jewelry?
To help your pieces stay looking their best, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, lotions, and other chemicals. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping and storing it somewhere dry when you're not wearing it.
